Managing Apps

An App in BitEasy represents a single mobile application (iOS, Android, or both) for which you want to track referrals and manage partner payouts.

Creating an App

  1. Click + New App in the sidebar under “Your apps”
  2. Enter your app name
  3. Select the platforms (iOS, Android, or both)
  4. Click Create

Your new app appears in the sidebar immediately and is ready for configuration.

Your Apps Sidebar

All your apps are listed in the sidebar under “Your apps”. The list shows:

  • App name with first-letter avatar
  • Active highlighting for the currently selected app

Click any app to view its dashboard and settings.

App Dashboard

Each app has its own dashboard showing app-specific metrics:

  • Click the app name in the sidebar
  • View attribution counts, revenue, and partner performance for that app only

App Status

Apps can be Active or Inactive:

StatusBehavior
ActiveAccepts /defer and /claim requests
InactiveRejects all attribution requests

To change status, go to App Settings and toggle the status switch.

Archiving Apps

To archive an app you no longer need:

  1. Navigate to the app’s Settings page
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  3. Click Archive App
  4. Confirm the action
