Payment Methods

The Payment Methods tab lets you manage the cards used to fund partner payouts.


Navigate to FinancesPayment Methods tab.

This view shows all your configured payment methods:

NameA label you assign to identify the payment method
CardCard brand, last 4 digits, and expiration date
CreatedWhen the payment method was added

Payment methods fund partner payouts:

  1. You add a card as a payment method
  2. You link the payment method to your app(s) via billing settings
  3. When payouts run, your card is charged for the payout amount
  4. Funds transfer to the partner’s Stripe account

  1. Click the Add Payment Method button
  2. Enter a name to identify this payment method (e.g., “Company Card”)
  3. Enter your card details in the secure form
  4. Click Save

The payment method is now available to link to your apps.


To rename a payment method:

  1. Click the menu on the row
  2. Select Rename
  3. Enter the new name

To update the card on file:

  1. Click the menu on the row
  2. Select Replace Card
  3. Enter the new card details

To delete a payment method:

  1. Click the menu on the row
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

After adding a payment method, link it to your apps:

  1. Go to your app’s Settings
  2. Find the Billing section
  3. Select the payment method to use for payouts

If a payout fails due to card decline:

  1. Check your card has sufficient funds
  2. Ensure the card hasn’t expired
  3. Use Replace Card to update if needed
  4. Failed payouts will retry automatically

If you can’t select a payment method for an app:

  1. Add a payment method in FinancesPayment Methods
  2. Return to app settings to link it
