Payment Methods
The Payment Methods tab lets you manage the cards used to fund partner payouts.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Navigate to Finances → Payment Methods tab.
This view shows all your configured payment methods:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | A label you assign to identify the payment method |
| Card | Card brand, last 4 digits, and expiration date |
| Created | When the payment method was added |
How Payment Methods Work
Section titled “How Payment Methods Work”Payment methods fund partner payouts:
- You add a card as a payment method
- You link the payment method to your app(s) via billing settings
- When payouts run, your card is charged for the payout amount
- Funds transfer to the partner’s Stripe account
Adding a Payment Method
Section titled “Adding a Payment Method”- Click the Add Payment Method button
- Enter a name to identify this payment method (e.g., “Company Card”)
- Enter your card details in the secure form
- Click Save
The payment method is now available to link to your apps.
Managing Payment Methods
Section titled “Managing Payment Methods”Renaming
Section titled “Renaming”To rename a payment method:
- Click the ⋮ menu on the row
- Select Rename
- Enter the new name
Replacing a Card
Section titled “Replacing a Card”To update the card on file:
- Click the ⋮ menu on the row
- Select Replace Card
- Enter the new card details
Deleting
Section titled “Deleting”To delete a payment method:
- Click the ⋮ menu on the row
- Select Delete
- Confirm the deletion
Linking to Apps
Section titled “Linking to Apps”After adding a payment method, link it to your apps:
- Go to your app’s Settings
- Find the Billing section
- Select the payment method to use for payouts

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Payout Failed - Card Declined
Section titled “Payout Failed - Card Declined”If a payout fails due to card decline:
- Check your card has sufficient funds
- Ensure the card hasn’t expired
- Use Replace Card to update if needed
- Failed payouts will retry automatically
No Payment Method Available
Section titled “No Payment Method Available”If you can’t select a payment method for an app:
- Add a payment method in Finances → Payment Methods
- Return to app settings to link it
