Managing Partners

This guide covers the day-to-day management of partners in BitEasy.

Viewing Partners

Section titled “Viewing Partners”

Navigate to Partners in the sidebar to see your partner list.

The table shows:

NamePartner’s display name (inline editable)
EmailPartner’s email address
CreatedWhen the partner was added
StatusActive or Inactive
StripeStripe onboarding status
App LinkWhether linked to an app

Creating a Partner

Section titled “Creating a Partner”
  1. Click + New Partner button
  2. Enter partner details:
    • Name — Display name
    • Email — Their email address
    • App — Which app to link them to
  3. Click Create

The partner is created immediately and ready for referral links.

Editing Partners

Section titled “Editing Partners”

Inline Name Editing

Section titled “Inline Name Editing”

Click directly on a partner’s name in the list to edit it inline:

  1. Click the name
  2. Type the new name
  3. Press Enter or click away to save

Other Fields

Section titled “Other Fields”

To edit other partner settings:

  1. Click the 📊 chart icon or partner row to view details
  2. Make changes on the partner detail page
  3. Changes save automatically

Enabling/Disabling Partners

Section titled “Enabling/Disabling Partners”

To toggle a partner’s status:

  1. Click the ⋮ menu on the partner row
  2. Select Enable or Disable
StatusEffect
EnablePartner’s referral links start working
DisableAll partner’s links are rejected

App Linking

Section titled “App Linking”

Partners can be linked to multiple apps. The link is created implicitly when you create a referral link:

  1. Navigate to an app
  2. Create a referral link
  3. Select a partner for that link
  4. The partner is now linked to that app

This means:

  • A partner can promote several of your apps
  • Each app tracks its own earnings and analytics for that partner
  • You don’t need to manually manage app-partner relationships

Deleting Partners

Section titled “Deleting Partners”

To delete a partner:

  1. Click the ⋮ menu
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

Bulk Actions

Partner Detail Page

Section titled “Partner Detail Page”

Click the 📊 chart icon to view a partner’s detail page with:

  • Full analytics and metrics
  • Referral link performance
  • Earnings history
  • Stripe connection status
