4. Payouts & Monitoring

The final piece of the puzzle is paying your partners.

1. Add a Payment Method

Partners cannot be paid until your app has a payment method attached.

1. Go to Finances → Payment Methods.
2. Add a payment method (credit card or debit card).
3. Go to Apps → [Your App] → Settings.
4. Select the payment method to use for funding payouts.

Tip

Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. BitEasy charges this method when processing partner payouts.

2. Monitor the Dashboard

Once your links are live:

1. Dashboard Overview: Check “Payout Health” daily to ensure your payment methods are active and payouts are processing successfully.
2. Earnings Tab: Verify that new purchases are generating “Accrued” earnings.
3. Payouts Tab: Watch for daily payout batches moving from Queued to Paid.
